CyberBullying – Seven (7) Bad Assumptions

by bbo on February 9, 2009

Don’t assume that we are done here at bbo, because I spent the weekend completely re-vamping the site and installed a brand new WP Theme, that better represents our teams philosophy… and is much easier to read all the content.

Hope you enjoy the new Magazine style, please let us know if you do, and especially if you have any suggestions! Also, see the great list below on why to not make Assumptions!

Thanks, again

Bill

CyberBullying…Make No Assumptions – Especially these 7
1. Do not assume the school believes or agrees with you that your child is being bullied
2. Do not assume those assigned to help are up to speed and know what is going on
3. Do not assume the school has an anti bullying policy
4. Do not assume the staff is familiar with or will follow the anti bullying policy
5. Do not assume the most like able teacher is your best support to deal with the problem.
6. Do not assume correct documentation or correspondences are recorded for future reference.
7. Do not assume school staffs personal are adequately trained or understand bullying and the anti bullying policy
